Q: How do I add features to Quicken for the first time?
Q: How do I add features to Quicken for a second or subsequent time?
 
A1:

If you have the unlock code from your order confirmation e-mail and you are using the same computer on which Quicken was originally installed.

A2:

If you are using a new computer, or you do not have the unlock code, or Quicken cannot recognize the computer.

 

Note: There is no charge to unlock Quicken again.
