Quicken Support: Choose the plan that's right for you¹

1. Paid support plans for Quicken are available for currently supported versions of the Quicken Desktop product. Support for the newest version of Quicken is free of charge. To determine eligibility for free support, a list of supported product versions can be found here. Email support is available only for the most recent version of the product.
2. Yearly support plan is eligible for full refund within 24 hours of purchase; after this period, refunds for service will occur on a pro-rated basis until 60 days after purchase. After the 60 day period has expired if you cancel you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan.
3. 90 day support plan is eligible for full refund within 24 hours of purchase; after this period, refunds for service will occur on a pro-rated basis until 30 days after purchase. After the 30 day period has expired if you cancel you will not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan.
4. Quicken One Time support option is available for use during the 24 hour period after purchase. After the 24 hour period the support option will expire. After the 24 hour period has expired if you cancel you will not receive a refund for the unused support order.
