No one really likes contacting support. . .so we have options for you!

The easiest and fastest way to find answers to your questions is to search our updated knowledge base articles on this site.  Enter your question or error message in the search box in the top right side of this window and click Go.

Alternatively, you can

  • Check our Hot Topics at the bottom of our support page to see if your issue is one currently being worked on.
  • Connect with other Quicken users, search for your solution and learn from other users' experience in the Quicken Live Community.
  • Or, use our improved in-product help files.

Please check to see if you have the latest release. Updating your software is the fastest and easiest way to ensure that your Quicken is working properly.
