Terms and Conditions For Exchanging, Returning or Refunding Quicken Retail and Electronically Delivered Products

All Quicken products have an unconditional 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee. This policy does not apply to any Intuit resource guides, Education/Lab packs, and bulk software orders. You may return these products to Intuit for any reason within this time frame and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. Once the product falls outside of the defined 60-day satisfaction guarantee period, Intuit cannot guarantee that the product refund will be honored.

Note: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable for the initial product purchase, or for returning the product back to Intuit.

60-day satisfaction guarantee terms and conditions:

Direct Orders from Intuit

If your Intuit product is purchased directly from Intuit via the Internet, mail order, or over the telephone, you have 60 days from the product's actual ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must include a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.

The products must be returned to Intuit's Distribution Center.  All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes the manual, installation CD-ROM and a copy of the packing slip if the product was ordered directly from Intuit. Intuit recommends that the product return be shipped through a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail delivery confirmation. Intuit is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.

  1. Gather all physical components of the Quicken product.
  2. Package the product (and components) and include postage.

    For US Postal Service returns, send to:

    For Non-US Postal Service returns, send to:

Retail Purchases

If the product was purchased from a retail outlet and the retailer will not accept the product return, you may return the product to Intuit within 60 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must furnish a copy of the retail purchase receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.

For retail purchases, products must be returned to Intuit's Distribution Center and be postmarked 60 days from the purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund. Electronically Delivered Products

You have 60 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered Intuit products. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department. Refunds for electronically delivered Quicken products can be requested by contacting Quicken customer service here.

For Quicken software downloaded from Amazon.com, uninstall Quicken and then send an e-mail request to ereturns@intuit.com within 60 days of purchase. Attach proof of purchase, such as the Your Order with Amazon.com confirmation e-mail. You can also forward that e-mail to the e-mail address above. This is the fastest way to get your refund.  Refunds will be processed with a paper check, so please be sure your address is current.

For Amazon.com downloads, you may also send a written request to Intuit Returns, PO Box 386, Greenville, SC 29334-0386. Include your name, contact information, and a printed copy of your order confirmation.

Quicken Product Purchases Through the Mac App Store

All refunds for Quicken products purchased through the Mac App Store are processed through the Mac App Store Support directly.  Quicken support cannot refund your purchase.
