If you are unable to create a copy using the normal backup procedure:

  1. Right-click the Microsoft® Windows®  Start button and select Explore.
  2. Browse to the location of your data file. If you do not know the location, select the Quicken File menu to view the locations of recently-opened data files at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Right-click on your data file and select Copy.
  4. Browse to the folder you want to copy your data file.
  5. Right-click inside the folder window and select Paste.
