Apple Update (2012-001) for Snow Leopard Breaks Quicken for Mac 2007 and older

After installing the Apple Security Update released on 2/2/2012 on a Snow Leopard OS,  Quicken Mac Legacy products (2007 and older) experience various problems including (but not limited to):

• Unexpectedly quits when opening a data file.
• Unable to Print.
• Unable to access links to web pages.
• Unable to Download Transactions or update accounts and/or Quotes.

You may also find that other applications, not related to Quicken or Intuit products, also encounter problems.

Apple has released a new update to resolve this issue.  You should click on the Apple Menu, and choose Check for Updates, and install the "Security Update 2012-001 Version 1.1".
