How To Export Reports From Quicken

Export Quicken report data to Excel

  1. In Quicken, display the report you want to export.
  2. On the toolbar, click Export Data.
  3. Choose Report to Excel compatible format.
  4. In the File name field, enter a name for the file and click Save.
  5. Open Excel.
  6. Use Excel's Open command to browse to the file containing your report data to open your Quicken report.

Export report data to a PDF

  1. In Quicken, display the report you want to export.
  2. On the toolbar, click Export Data.
  3. Choose Export to PDF format.
  4. Choose Quicken PDF printer in the Print to section at the top.
  5. Make any other necessary adjustments and then choose Print.
  6. Enter a name to call the PDF file and then click Save.

Copy Quicken report data to other programs

  1. In Quicken, display the report you want to export.
  2. On the toolbar, click Export Data.
  3. Choose Copy report to Clipboard.
  4. Switch to your word processing or spreadsheet program.
  5. Position the cursor where you want the data pasted.
  6. Use the program's Paste command (typically it's under the Edit menu).
