Troubleshoot Online Services in Quicken

Before using the general online troubleshooting guide, search the Quicken knowledgebase for specific information about the online error code you are receiving:

  1. Select the Tools menu.
  2. Select the One-Step Update Summary.
  3. Note the online error in the Errors and Messages section.
  4. Search the Quicken knowledge base for this error. (For example: if you received an [OL-297-A] error, enter "OL-297" in the search field.)

If the online error code you enter does not have a specific solution, or if the solution provided does not resolve your issue, this guide will offer some general troubleshooting tasks. Before you start, make sure you have the most recent updates to the program and back up your data file.
