Quicken Bill Pay Update Returns OL-393

Updating Quicken Bill Pay in Quicken Windows products may return an OL-393 error. Quicken Bill Pay Support has advised they are aware of this issue and they recommend taking the following actions to resolve this issue:

  1. Refresh Branding and Profile
  2. Deactivate and Reactivate the Quicken Bill Pay service only (not the online service for the funding account)
