Quicken 2014 Crashes During One Step Update or Registration

Important: Make sure you have updated to the latest release (using the Manual or Mondo Patch) before continuing with any recommended solutions.

If you're still experiencing a crash trying to perform One Step Update, we would need information that will help us to resolve any possible product defect causing this behavior:

  1. Collect the DotNetLoger.log from Help > Log Files in Quicken and Save that file to your Desktop (to make it easier to locate for step 2);
  2. Click here to attach the Log copy and provide your contact information.
