You can contact Quicken Bill Pay for assistance by sending an e-mail from the Quicken program, by sending a message from the Quicken Bill Pay Web site, or by telephoning the Quicken Bill Pay customer service center.

To contact Quicken Bill Pay by sending an e-mail from the Quicken program:

1. Start Quicken, and select Online > Online Center.
2. Click the E-mail tab.
3. Click the Create button, select the Account and payment you have a question about, and click OK.
4. Write your e-mail, and click OK when you are done.
5. Click Update/Send to send the e-mail.

To contact Quicken Bill Pay using the Quicken Bill Pay Web site:

1. Log in to the Quicken Bill Pay Web site with your user ID and password.
2. Click the Messages tab.
3. Click send a new message.
4. Complete the e-mail form, and click Send Message when you are done.
