Changing the Quicken Online Backup Password

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the Edit Account Info button followed by the Customer Profile button.
  3. You will then have access to change your password (and update any other information including the password hint). For account security, the Customer Profile screen will only show four characters of previously saved passwords.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Click Yes if a security warning appears.
