Entering Several Similar Trips in Quicken Home & Business

 You may wish to make more than one trip to the same destination.  For example, if your job requires you to take a weekly class.  You can enter several trips containing the same infomration and edit them to make minor changes such as date of vehicle.

1. Click on Business on the top menu bar. then select Go to Business Center.
2. On the Analysis & Reports tab, in Tools, select Vehicle Mileage. Quicken displays the Vehicle Mileage Tracker.
3. Select a trip you've already taken and click Copy on the toolbar.
4. Click an empty record in the Vehicle Mileage list and click Paste on the toolbar.
5. Select the newly-pasted trip, click Edit on the toolbar, and make the desired changes.
6. Click Save Changes.
