Attempting to Add Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) accounts to the Quicken Cloud Mobile Sync in Quicken 2013 may result in CC-580.
We're attempting to resolve this issue and need more information to help in our investigation. We need the OFX, Sync and Connlog files from your Quicken 2013 desktop file in order to get to the root of this issue and try to build a solution with BECU.
For instructions on locating, collecting and preparing these logs, please follow http://quicken.intuit.com/support/help/GEN82911.html and use your Quicken Cloud ID as the Folder name where you're saving these files.
