How To Communicate With Your Financial Institution Within Quicken

  1. Choose Tools (Online in older versions) menu > Online Center. 
  2. Select the applicable financial institution (the one you want to contact or from which you received e-mail).
    • To create e-mail
      • On the E-mail tab, click Create.
      • Select E-mail about online account.
      • Click OK.
      • Enter the appropriate information.
      • Click OK.
      • The message is added to the list of instructions to send and to the e-mail status list.
    • To read e-mail
      • Select the e-mail message you want to read.
      • On the E-mail tab, click Read.
      • Click Print to print this message. (Optional)
    • To delete e-mail
      • On the E-mail tab, select the e-mail message you want to delete.
      • Click Delete.

Notes

  • To send e-mail about a specific online payment, make a payment inquiry.
  • To look up the phone number for your financial institution in Quicken, choose Online menu > Participating Financial Institutions, and select the financial institution you want to call. Quicken displays contact information.
