If everything appears correct in your downloaded transactions list, you can click Accept All to accept all transactions into your Quicken register. Note: See Can I undo accepting a transaction? below prior to using the Accept All feature.

To remove a transaction from the Manual Match dialog:
- In the Quicken register, select the transaction you do not want to appear in the Manual Match dialog.
- Press the Ctrl key and choose Edit menu > Transaction > Copy Transaction(s).
- In the View Posting Date window click the Downloaded Transaction check box to place a check mark in it.
- Enter the Posting Date for this transaction. If you are not sure of the posting date enter a date close to the date used in the register.
- Click OK.
To add a transaction to the Manual Match dialog:
- In the Quicken register, select the transaction you want to appear in the Manual Match dialog.
- Press the Ctrl key and choose Edit menu > Transaction > Copy Transaction(s).
- In the View Posting Date window click the Downloaded Transaction check box to remove the check mark.
- Delete the Posting Date.
- Click OK.
