CC-899 Updating Express Web Connect Accounts in Quicken Windows

Quicken for Windows may return a CC-899 when updating accounts using Express Web Connect.  We have implemented a patch to resolve this error, but there is a step required by the Quicken User to finalize that solution.

Please follow these instructions to deactivate your Express Web Connect account(s) reporting the CC-899 error, then follow the instructions on this article to reactivate the account(s).

If you continue to get the same CC-899 error when performing a One Step Update after following these instructions, please collect and prepare your most recent logs for upload.

NOTE: If you receive any error other than CC-899, please do not continue with this article, but Search the Support site for the error you are now receiving.  If you provide logs on this article that do not present the CC-899 error, you will receive an incorrect response to the issue you're actually encountering.
