Quicken may return an OL-220 or OL-301 when updating Bank of America accounts that are activated for Direct Connect. These errors began after specific service changes were made by Bank of America on October 13, 2013.
Bank of America has advised that they are building a solution to this issue, but the complexity of this solution requires more time to complete. The current ETA for implementation of this fix is on or around 12/10/2013. Please be advised that this date is subject to change without notice, depending on the resolution testing results.
