Enter Check Numbers in the Register in Quicken Essentials for Mac

Overview

You may want to enter check numbers in your check register in Quicken Essentials and would like to know how.

Instructions

The check number column (labelled as check #) is not 'on' by default.  You will need to show this column.

  1. While in the register, right click (ctrl + click) one of the column headers (payee, category, etc.), choose Check #
  2. This will now allow you to enter the check number in the check number column in the entry form.
