You might receive one of the following messages when downloading in Quicken Essentials:
This error can occur if you changed the account name at your bank's website or if your bank switched to a new account for you (such as for lost or stolen accounts).
The transactions from your old and new bank accounts are now shown together in the same account in Quicken.
