What if I'm getting an OL-249 error when downloading my transactions in Quicken for Mac?

Updated: 9/23/2009 | Article ID: 7368

The security of your financial data is our highest priority.  One of the ways we protect your online data is through the use of security certificates.  These security certificates are only valid for a limited time, and the certificates used with Quicken for Mac 2005, 2006, and 2007 expired on September 12, 2009.  Follow these directions to update your copy of Quicken to be able to continue using online services for these products.
