Quicken Rental Property Manager 2.5 is recommended for rental property owners with up to 10 properties and approximately 25 total units. (If you own 1 single family home and 2 duplexes, that equates to 3 properties and a total of 5 units.) By optimizing for owners with a small number of properties, we can keep the software very simple and easy to use. However, Quicken Rental Property Manager 2.5 does allow you to track more than 10 properties (technically, it can support up to 100 properties, each with 100 units). Some current customers are using it to manage more than 30 properties, but many of them find it cumbersome and lacking features that would help them manage large numbers of properties more easily. Yes, Quicken Rental Property Manager exports income and expense information to TurboTax Basic, Deluxe, and Premier desktop products. As a TurboTax user, you will need to export from Rental Property Manager and then import into TurboTax. Instructions for the export/import process are included in the Rental Property Manager help section.
- Does Quicken Rental Property Manager 2.5 work with Quicken personal financial software?
