Quicken Re-Unlock Help

Q: How do I add features to Quicken for a second or subsequent time?

A: If you are using a new computer, or you do not have the unlock code, or Quicken cannot recognize the computer:
 
1. Choose Help menu > Unlock Again

2. Choose "Go online and unlock Quicken automatically."

3. Click Continue.
4. Quicken connects to the Quicken Web site.
5. Enter your User ID and password to sign in.

6. You will be taken to the "My Downloads & Unlocks" page.

7. From the "My Downloads & Unlocks" page, identify your unlock order and click "Unlock Again."

8. When you reach the unlock confirmation page, print a copy for your records. Then close the window and your Quicken software will automatically be updated with the new features.

9. Restart Quicken to begin using your new features.

If your Unlock Code did not display or it was not included in the confirmation e-mail, please send us an e-mail and we'll send you a new unlock code within 24 hours. If you need immediate assistance, contact our chat support team.

When contacting support, please provide your order number. You can find your order number in the order confirmation e-mail you received. If you do not have your order number, please provide your full name, credit card billing address and phone number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

To purchase additional features you must have Internet Explorer or Mozilla set to accept cookies.

If you re-install Quicken, you will need to add any new features again.
