Q: What is Quicken Online? What does it do?
A: Quicken Online is a tool to show where you are spending your money, help you pay your bills on time, and tell you how much money you really have.
Q: Is Quicken Online an add-on to Quicken desktop (CD & Download) products?
A: No, Quicken Online is a standalone offering that works independently of our desktop products.
Q: What are system requirements for Quicken Online?
A: You must have an internet connection and one of the following web browsers:
- Internet Explorer 6
- Internet Explorer 7
- Mozilla Firefox
- Mozilla Firefox for MAC
Additionally, your screen resolution should be set to 1024x768 or higher.
Q: Is my data protected with Quicken Online?
A: As the makers of TurboTax, Intuit has taken every precaution to protect your data. We use the same 128 bit SSL security encryption that is used by financial institutions, and we have received the Verisign Security Seal.
Q: How do you protect my privacy?

A: Quicken Online will launch on January 8, 2008 at a cost of $2.99/mo. To get a reminder when Quicken Online is live, you can enter your email in the
"Notify Me" section.
Q: Can I get notified when Quicken Online is available?
A: Of course! Just go to
www.quickenonline.com, and click on the "NOTIFY ME" button in Notify Me section. Fill out your information, and we'll be sure to contact you when Quicken Online is ready.
Q: I am part of beta program. How do I provide feedback?
A: It's easy! Simply click any of the in-product "Send us feedback" links and fill out the form. Feel free to send us any errors, suggestions, or other cool ideas you have.
Q: I have requested Beta access. How do I know status of my application?
A: We are no longer inviting new Beta participants. Quicken Online will launch on January 8, 2008 at a cost of $2.99/mo. To get a reminder when Quicken Online is live, you can enter your email in the
"Notify Me" section.
Q: I am a participant of the Quicken Online Beta. What is going to happen after Quicken Online launches on January 8, 2008?
A: Participants of the Beta will be given notification that the Beta will be ending. They will have 30-days to continue to access the Beta after the first notification. They will be able to move to the regular subscription service for the regular monthly rate of $2.99/mo with their data in tact if they choose to sign up for the service. Our Beta users have been an amazing group of participants whose feedback has helped us make Quicken Online what we think is an intuitive and easy product to use.
