Will Quicken Mac 2007 run on Mac OS 10.5 ("Leopard")?

Yes, Quicken Mac 2007 is compatible and supported on Mac OS 10.5 ("Leopard"). Quicken Mac 2007 also continues to work on Mac OS v10.3.9 and Mac OS v10.4.10.

When will Quicken for Mac 2008 be released?

Intuit is currently focused on developing the next generation Mac platform and plans to deliver a new Quicken offering in Fall 2008. The new offering, Quicken Financial Life for Mac, is designed to delight and meet the evolving needs of our new and existing Mac customers while leveraging the power of Mac OS X v10.5 "Leopard". Customers may either upgrade to Quicken Mac 2007 or stay on their current version. All versions will be fully supported per our standard support policy. Quicken Mac 2007 is available in select retail stores and direct from Intuit at www.quicken.com.

How soon will I receive my Quicken software?

The Estimated Delivery Date is based on the shipping type selected and destination address. In general, orders for in-stock products sent via Standard or Express shipping will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days. Standard orders are expected to arrive within 8-14 business days and Express orders are expected to arrive within 7-9 business days. Expedited orders ship out within 2-5 business days and are expected to arrive within 3-6 business days when items are in-stock.

If you purchase Quicken 2007 via download, the product is immediately available to you when the download process is completed.

The Windows version of Quicken 2007 works with more than 3,000 financial institutions (Quicken Mac 2007 works with more than 2,000), making it even easier to bank online, pay bills, transfer funds and download transactions from your bank, credit card or investment accounts. The list of financial institutions is always being updated as more are added, and the online features differ for each institution, and across Windows and Macintosh. How do I update my data from a prior version of Quicken to Quicken 2007?

The first time you open Quicken 2007 after upgrading, it will look for the last data file that was used in your previous version of Quicken. Once this data file is found, Quicken steps you through a simple conversion process. If you need additional help with the installation or upgrade process for 2007 versions of Quicken personal finance software, you can take advantage of free live customer support through December 31, 2007.

Can I convert my data from Microsoft Money to use with Quicken 2007?

Yes. Your Microsoft Money 2003 and later data files can be converted to Quicken 2004 for Windows and later using the automatic data converter. If you want to convert data from Microsoft Money 2002 or earlier to Quicken for Windows, complete information is available. Technical support for all installation and data conversion issues is free of charge. Our support team is standing by to assist you.

Quicken Bill Pay lets you skip the hassles of writing checks by hand, looking for envelopes and licking stamps. The service works with any U.S. bank account with check writing privileges. Internet access and fees apply.

Can I still pay bills online even if the person or company isn't set up to receive electronic payments?

Once your Quicken account is set up for online payments through Quicken Bill Pay, you can send a payment to any company or any person in the U.S. — from your electric company to your accountant. If they are not set up to receive electronic payments, then a paper check is automatically sent to them.
