Currently using Quicken Basic?
As of August 2007, Intuit is no longer offering new versions of Quicken Basic.Over the past few years, we've added new features and streamlined the Quicken product lineup to make it easier to choose the right product for you. As a result, Quicken Basic will no longer be offered.
If you are considering upgrading from your Quicken Basic this year, Quicken Deluxe 2008 is the perfect choice. It's just as easy to use and it includes all of the features you already enjoy in Quicken Basic, plus tools to help you:
- Easily migrate your existing Quicken Basic data, including bank, credit card and all online account information, transaction history, reports, and customized preference options
- Track everyday spending with the new "My Savings Plan" so you can save for the bigger things you and your family really want

To make your upgrade to Deluxe even easier, we'll provide you with smart tools to guide you through Quicken Deluxe, including:
- In-product tutorials and help windows
- Quicken Community so you can get help from other Quicken owners
- Free support to help you upgrade and install your new Quicken product 2
If you are not planning to upgrade and are using Quicken Basic 2006 or Quicken Basic 2007, you can continue to use your Quicken Basic product without interruption. Basic and all associated products are currently supported per Intuit's standard support policy.
