Thirty years ago, he started at an entry level position and since then has worked in and provided leadership for many different areas, including the mailroom, proof and more. More recently, he has played a vital role in many operational improvements, including being instrumental in the extension of the bank’s transaction cutoff time to 8 p.m.

“Deno leads by example. He puts others first and his positive attitude encourages those around him,” said Cindy Rogers, head of Regions Operations and Technology. “He is truly a role model for everyone here, because of his caring sense of leadership and vast experience.”

Posey has also channeled his positive attitude and sense of humor toward entertainment. In addition to working with various non-profit groups, such as the YMCA, Toys for Tots and his church, Posey has made a name for himself on the comedy circuit – performing at the Stardome Comedy Club, for local charities and religious organizations.
