The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors® Global Mortgage REITs Index (the "Mortgage REITs Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. While publicly traded U.S. and non-U.S. mortgage real estate investment trusts ("REITs") that derive at least 50% of their revenues from mortgage-related activity are eligible for inclusion in the Mortgage REITs index. It is non-diversified.
