Kingstone Declares $.04 per Share Quarterly Dividend

HEWLETT, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2013-- Kingstone Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ: KINS) announced that its board declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share payable on March 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2013.
