Overview - TRSXX
The investment seeks preservation of capital and liquidity and, consistent with these, the highest possible current income exempt from federal income taxes.
The fund is a money fund managed in compliance with Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940. It buys securities within the two highest short-term rating categories assigned by at least one major credit rating agency or, if unrated, deemed to be of comparable quality by T. Rowe Price. From time to time, the fund may invest a significant portion of its assets in sectors with special risks, such as health care, electric utility, or private activity bonds.
