The fund’s objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in investments that provide the Fund with exposure to a diversified portfolio of equity and fixed income securities of companies, governments and other issuers located around the world. The Fund will allocate its investments based principally on the Qwest Asset Inflation-Deflation Timer Model (defined below as the “Model”), a proprietary quantitative investment model developed by the portfolio adviser. See “Investment Strategies - Description of the Qwest Asset Inflation-Deflation Timer Model” for a description of the Model. Any change in the fundamental investment objective of the Fund must be approved by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the Fund’s shareholders called for that purpose. However, the investment strategies described below may be changed by the Manager in its discretion.
