The investment objective of the Pro FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Index Fund is to track the performance of the FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Index, net of expenses. Unitholder approval is required prior to a change of the Fund’s fundamental investment objectives. That is, fundamental investment objectives of the Fund may only be changed by the approval of at least a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of unitholders duly called to consider the matter. The investment strategy of this Fund is to invest in and hold the constituent or equivalent securities of the FTSE RAFI Emerging Markets Index in similar proportion as they are reflected in that index.
