The investment objective of the Fund is to provide a combination of capital preservation, income generation and long-term capital growth primarily through investment in a diversified portfolio of Canadian securities. The Fund will seek to achieve the investment objective through the investment of substantially all of its portfolio assets in the non-publically offered debt and shares of the Inter-Fund Class of the Tax Managed Fund. The Tax Managed Fund’s sub-advisors, Rondeau Capital Inc. (“Rondeau”) and J. Zechner Associates Inc. (“Zechner”), co-manage the Tax Managed Fund’s portfolio.
