The Fund seeks to provide investors with a diversified portfolio designed to provide a steady stream of income and some long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to accomplish its objectives by investing primarily in securities of other mutual funds to gain exposure to Canadian and foreign equity and fixed income and equity securities and other asset categories. The Fund may also invest directly in Canadian and foreign fixed income and equity securities and other asset categories where the Fund considers it would be beneficial to shareholders to do so.
