The objective of the Mawer Global Small Cap Fund is to invest for above average long-term returns in securities of smaller companies. The Fund will be primarily invested in equities. Investments will be made in companies around the world. The amount invested in any one country will vary depending upon the economic, investment, and market outlook and opportunities in each area. This is a smaller capitalization, global fund. Treasury bills or short-term investments, not exceeding three years to maturity, may also be used from time to time. The fundamental investment objectives of the Fund may only be changed by the approval of at least a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of unitholders duly called to consider the matter.
