The investment objective of the Mawer Global Equity Fund is to invest for above average risk-adjusted returns in securities of companies around the world. We will allocate capital to the best global opportunities, which may include both large and small capitalization companies. The amount invested in any one country will vary depending upon the economic, investment and market opportunities in each area. The Fund will be primarily invested in equity-related securities. This is an all-capitalization, global equity fund. Treasury bills or short-term investments, not exceeding three years to maturity, may also be used from time to time. The fundamental investment objectives of the Fund may only be changed by the approval of at least a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of unitholders duly called to consider the matter.
