The Can-Emerge Fund is designed to invest in areas of the world, which are in the inaugural phase of accelerated growth. Emerging market countries are becoming more developed and are forming closer economic ties with the developed countries of the world. The Can-Emerge Fund provides the opportunity to participate in the equity growth of these countries through the use of Canadian treasury bills and money market instruments in conjunction with derivative products. Other investments include: ADRs, indexed basket of stocks and equity linked notes. The Can-Emerge Fund offers one of the widest selections in emerging economies of any mutual or segregated fund in Canada. Emerging market economies range from Mexico to Turkey, South Africa to Jordan, Peru to Columbia and Argentina to Poland.
