The Fund seeks medium-to long-term capital appreciation in line with the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, in Canadian dollars. Taking into account the special investment opportunities and risks in emerging countries, iot invest in businesses listed on exchanges in Asia, South Anerica, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Diversification is achieved through its positioning inmany countries and in the most promising sectors. The manager tries to replicate as closely as possible the preformance and characteristics of the benchmark index,while respecting the constraints imposed by the Fund's manager.
