The investment objective of the Excel BRIC Fund is to seek long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in other mutual funds to gain exposure to equity and debt securities issues by companies based in Brazil, Russia, India and China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) (“BRIC Countries”) and, to a lesser extent, in other emerging markets. Excel BRIC Fund may also invest in equity and debt securities of companies located anywhere in the world that are expected to benefit from the economies of BRIC Countries and other emerging markets.
