Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 75% of its net assets in equity-related securities including common stocks, preferred stocks, rights, warrants, convertibles, and partnership interests, other investment companies including ETFs, American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs"), and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs"). It may invest up to 25% of its net assets in foreign securities, of which 10% of the fund's net assets may be in foreign securities with issuers in emerging markets.
