The investment seeks to provide long-term total return. The fund invests primarily in equity securities, fixed-income securities and certain other investments, including, but not limited to, currencies and commodity-related securities and derivative instruments as well as cash. It will target an allocation of approximately 60% equity investments and 40% fixed income investments, with the allocation generally varying by no more than +/-20% around these weights. The fund may seek to gain exposure to the commodity markets by investing up to 25% of its assets in a wholly owned subsidiary of the fund formed in the Cayman Islands (the "Subsidiary").
