The fund seeks to achieve its objective by investing exclusively in a combination of underlying Huntington funds (the "underlying funds"); with asset allocation target range of 70% Income and 30% Equity, which may include up to 15% in Money Market instruments in order to meet the fund's investment objectives. The Equity portion of the fund's portfolio is significantly weighted to large-cap domestic equities and may also include weightings to international, mid-cap and small-cap equities. It is non-diversified.
