The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and current income. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of large-capitalization companies and exchange traded funds ("ETFs") designed to track the performance of large capitalization companies, and options on securities of large capitalization companies. It primarily will invest in common stocks, but will also invest in ETFs and sell call options on an asset it owns, also known as a "buy-write" strategy.
