Overview - EABFX

The investment seeks long-term total return, consisting of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 15% of the fund's assets in fixed income securities and at least 25% of the fund's assets in equity securities. It invests all of its investable assets in Asset Allocation Trust ("AAT"), an investment company managed by Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC ("GMO"). AAT, in turn, invests its assets in GMO-managed mutual funds and may be exposed to foreign and U.S. equity investments, U.S. and foreign fixed income securities, and, from time to time, other alternative asset classes.
