Overview - CDTXX

The investment seeks as high a level of current income exempt from federal income tax and, to the extent possible, from California income taxes, as is believed to be consistent with preservation of capital, maintenance of liquidity and stability of principal. Although the fund will attempt to invest 100% of its total assets in Municipal Obligations and Participation Certificates therein, the fund normally will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in Municipal Obligations, the income from which is exempt from both federal and California income tax.
