The investment seeks to replicate, net of expenses, the Morningstar National Bank Quebec Index. The fund is to invest in and hold constituent securities of the index in substantially the same proportion as the index, The index invests in equity securities of issuers with a minimum float capitalization of $150 million and which are headquartered in the Province of Québec.
