Overview - SUB

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P Short Term National AMT-Free Municipal Bond IndexTM (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the short-term investment-grade segment of the U.S. municipal bond market. As of April 30, 2012, there were 2,074 issues in the underlying index.
