Overview - QQQE

The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the NASDAQ-100® Equal Weighted Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities that comprise the index and/or investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is the equal weighted version of the NASDAQ-100 Index® which includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial securities listed on The NASDAQ® Stock Market (the "NASDAQ®") based on market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
