What happens if I change health insurance companies?
Your Quicken Health information and all the medical records in it are still available to you – your data does not go away and you still have access to it. So when you change insurance companies, if your new insurance company supports Quicken Health, your account still remains active and you can view data from both your former and your current insurance company. If your new insurance company does not offer Quicken Health and you want us to talk to them on your behalf, let us know.
